Can I change my order after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, you can not change your order. You would be required to cancel the order and place a new one.

What if I ordered a product and some other product arrived?

This normally doesn’t happen because we run a quality check before sending anything to you. If it has happened to you we will replace the items and send you what you had ordered. What is your return policy?

How long after a delivery can I make an exchange?

The period for raising an exchange request is within 7 Days of receiving the order.
