Returns:

• We offer an easy 2 day defect return for jewellery purchased from us.
• We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery. Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video.

Exchange:

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition and packaging.
• Reverse shipping charges shall apply.
