• 2. Calculate the ring’s internal diameter (in mm). Make sure the 0 mm point is where the ruler begins.

• 1. Cut a thin strip of paper and make sure it is not too wide with respect to your finger width.
• 2. Wrap the paper strip snugly around your finger.
• 3. Mark the intersection and measure the distance (mm).

Tips for measuring:

• 1. Measure at end of day when fingers are widest.
• 2. For thick bands, order a whole size bigger.
• 3. Avoid measuring when hands are cold.
• 4. Avoid after salty/alcoholic foods (swelling).
